Why did you not send in the application of the minors along with yours or your husbands?

I believe the terms are: any application received from Jan 1, 2015 will be subject to the new fees... Since your application has not been satisfactorily 'received' yet (since it was returned), you will be liable for the new fees if you are re-submitting this year.

I am now getting worried. I am from Ottawa. Considering the population of Ottawa is about a million, shouldn't we get less applicants compared to say...Scarborough. And this is supposed to be a government town...the capital of Canada
