    It means if you want it to get to CIC you need to pay the correct postage to send it to them in Canada! The same as sending any piece of mail anywhere. However, if you are using a courier it means you need to pay the courier company the price the company charges to take it to CIC in Canada...

    The certificate photocopies don't need to be in colour and you need to send them. The institute must send WES the transcript directly and you don't need to send a copy yourself.

    They do not e-mail the report but you can view it online. However, you need the original hard copy to send to CIC. Whether you want to pay the courier charge depends on how urgently you want the report (and how popular your NOC is).
