    Those time estimates are out of date. Currently, CES quotes 3 weeks and WES 20 business days. If I was going to get an ECA today I would use CES.

    If you are resubmitting last year's forms then be sure to check the date of the form has not been updated by CIC since the time you filled them out. You don't need to include your rejection letter.

    The NOC for Physiotherapists is 3142. One thing all applicants need to do is take a language test in English or French, obtain sufficient scores, and submit it with their application. Additionally, if you have non-Canadian educational credentials you need to obtain an ECA and submit that too.
