Hi,

I need to go for ECA process to evaluate my transcripts. Please let me know which firm is reliable to do that. Is there any firm in India? Can I send the docs by myself or only my university is allowed to send it?

The Credential Evaluation Bodies are not based in India. That's the whole point of getting your credentials evaluated to a foreign standard.

World Education Services (WES) and ICAS are the few to name.
