affix sufficient postage

Hi,
I am sending my docs to cic by courier co. I would like to know that what exactly affix sufficient postage means and what should I do to have my docs back if rejected by cic? does it need prepaid to courier co?

It means if you want it to get to CIC you need to pay the correct postage to send it to them in Canada! The same as sending any piece of mail anywhere. However, if you are using a courier it means you need to pay the courier company the price the company charges to take it to CIC in Canada.

CIC will pay the postage to return it to you if you are deemed ineligible.
