International Money Order from USPS

I'm in the US, I need to pay the fee for 2 people which is $1100 CAD, but USPS site says:

1) Always valid—they never expire.
2) Available in values up to $1,000 each if sending within the United States and $700 each if sending abroad.

Do we have to send 2 separate money orders of 550 each or it has to be one.?

The fee payment form says:

A combination of more than one method of payment is acceptable. However, payment by each method MUST be equal to a single or a multiple amount per person that you have indicated in Step 1 above.

Also you better make sure they are in CAD!

Use your bank and make CAD 1100 money order. I used wells Fargo bank. You can go to bank to check if it's cashed yet or not.
