Just wondering where u'r CEC case is being processed. Ottawa or New Delhi ? I suppose if you have received the medical request from Ottawa pilot processing centre, you are supposed to send the medical results to Ottawa. In this case it is good for you.

Notarizing the copies is not mandatory. But, the reason why i said is that, this might help your copies to be validated in lesser duration.
