You can attach the scan copy , I dont think so that will be a problem But your brother will have make to sure that his earning's meet the LICO for 7 people .. which is $59,907, if he earns this much money and he has proper proofs for this , he should be fine. The reason why 7 people LICO applies to him is because you and your sister will also be considered as dependants of his because he is sponsoring you both.

Heto po ang timeline ng aming application for supervisa:

May 24th: application submitted
May 30: application received and request for medical examination
July 19: the embassy received the final and cleared medical examination
Visa received??????????????????????


is there any reason kung bakit napakatagal bago mareceive ang visa, more than a month na, we are extremely worried about the application??? ??? ??? ???

I have applied for super visa for my mother, currently i am getting the following passport status:-

""Passport released by the High Commission of Canada, Singapore, , Pin:xxxx, Tel: on xx/xx/2012 and is in Transit.It might take 2/3 days in transit to reach Application Centre.""

Also she received an email to contact local VFS

It didn't mention anything about the medical exam...does this mean the visa was rejected?

How do you receive the request for medical exam? Do you call VFS and then know it or its mentioned in the automated email/passport status

I am confused .. SUper visa is for 10 years but they can only stay for 2 years .. does this means they will have to re enter the country after 2 years .. or what do they mean by renew the status ? when they stamp it for 10 years so what exactly my parents will have to do to renew the status ... Reply please

i applied supervisa for my mom & dad at vfs chandigarh on 27 aug...yesterday i got letter in which embassy has asked for some docs..
as my brother is living alone in canada his wife is in india he has not sponsored him yet due to some change in rules by cic...

Chandigarh consulate has asked to submit proof of family composition of host son....do my brother make a declaration and attest it from notary canada or is their any other relevant document which shows family composition...

so please let me know...

So, in page 2, under the Section 'Personal Details (Continued), question 11, 'Have you previously been married or in a common-law relationship?' Would the answer be YES or NO? as she has been in a married relationship with my only my father, who has expired.

I would really appreciate any suggestions or advice.

Hi all,

My mom applied for a super visa based on my invitation. She has now received a medical request and my tax documents. Now the problem is: I arrived in Canada in November 2011. I did not have any job in the year 2011 and have no tax receipts of any kind for that year. And it's not a time to file tax for 2012 and hence no tax receipts. What should I do? I have already sent my latest pay stubs as a proof of employment.

My mom has received the medical request and also they have sent the passport along with the Medical request.

So, after medicals, do we need to send the passport again to the Canadian High Commission ? If so, do we need to do it immediately after the medical test (or) do we have to wait to hear from CIC ?

Any thougts ?

I have a small question here. I will apply for Super Visa for my mother. Along with the other documents do I also need to submit the tickets booked to Canada for my mother? If Yes, Then would it be one way ticket or I need to purchase a two way ticket?

The VFS website doesnt mentioned this. So I am confused. Can anyone help me please.
