My medicals have reached Ottawa on 28th May. But, still the e-cas does not show-up "Medicals received ". Does anyone have an idea on when does this get updated ?

Nope. It does not mean anything. These days they are updaing the address on e-cas for everyone.

Can anyone please advise ? Your thoughts and experience would be very useful !!

what does your application status say, does it show Medicals received ?

All these days, viewing address on e-cas used to be a sign getting closer to the PPR. But now, it seems they are updating the e-cas for everyone. ::) Not sure if this is happening for everyone. I be better not to predict anything and will wait for the final call from the Visa office :-X

I predict, your earlier application might have gone to Buffalo and that was the reason your address was showing up earlier. Now that, Buffalo is closed, they might have transferred your application back to Ottawa and then to Detroit.
