Hi Torontomike, What sort of visa is she on? Work visa, pgwp visa, student visa, visitor visa? And when do they expire? If they have expired, then your wife will lose any implied status she has if she leaves the country and enters back in. Often it is said you shouldn't leave the country...

You can go to your local police station to get them done, the fingerprints. However, it takes up to 20 something weeks to process and finish. I would suggest going to the Commisionaires and getting them done electronically, it will be done in like 72 hours and they can send the prints to...

I think the official date is on the CIC website, some officers work faster / slower than others.
