    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Hi Katie, As long as you apply for an OWP along with your PR application, you will be given implied status meaning you can remain in Canada under the same conditions as your visitor visa. Make sure you fill out the OWP correctly. But once you have done that and applied before your current...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

It should be under apply as a worker and there's a form to extend, renew conditions or something. You need to fill out a physical form of the OWP and apply for it along with your PR application and write a note saying not to approve until AIP Stage 1 is given to you as the applicant.

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Same thing for me, they probably won't let us know until they are on stage 2 and by then our medicals will have expired unless they extend it for another year, but we won't know until they tell.

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Dude, That seems a bit excessive to me. I got my wife to submit her T4 and then also a letter from her employer saying she's employed and how much she makes. Why don't you get your employer to do that? All the best,

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Hi MaxLet, Hard to say whether you should send them along, and then you have to hope they can match everything to your file correctly, I have heard of documents getting lost by CIC. I did submit an OWP and the medical with my app. It's really your choice whether you do them now or just...

HELP PLEASE!!!! FINGERPRINTS NEEDED FOR RCMP

If you need it immediately and really fast, I would recommend using Commisionaire's, the cost is around $75.00 and they have it to you in a couple days and can send them to wherever you want. If you do them at a local police station, it takes forever like 22 weeks or something and costs...

I am pretty sure you get that snail mailed to your postal address, nothing to worry about! You can ask the people in the inland 2012 thread to make sure. And congrats to everyone who got AIP!

Thanks for the near `Heart-a-Stroke' today CIC!

This is correct, however, once you get AIP and receive your OWP, you now have valid status. It closes the loop and you are no longer out of status.

Thanks for the near `Heart-a-Stroke' today CIC!

Yeah, I understand, it's the whole process of applying for PR!! You're going to go stir-crazy if you keep questioning yourself though, but I think you are fine. There must be some free consultants or something around you? I think you could look online and find some. And also, from my...

Thanks for the near `Heart-a-Stroke' today CIC!

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it anymore, it's too late to question as to what you did wrong. But I personally think you are fine. You applied to extend your status online, got it extended before your status ran out. Than you applied for PR within Canada along with an OWP right? This...

Thanks for the near `Heart-a-Stroke' today CIC!

Line A, No offense, I think everyone has said you are not out of status. Just curious why you keep asking? If you are extremely worried I would contact an immigration lawyer and ask. Get a consultant, do something to ease your troubled mind on this matter. Best of luck,
