@DelPiero07 I called the VAC center in Dubai (where I will be for a short while), they mentioned that it takes 60 days to process the travel document. I am not sure of what to do next... do you know of any VAC centers that process it quicker? what options do I have?

I suggest openening up a new topic for this to get an answer, this appears to be quite different than our situations as you have a US Citizen that does not require a visa and there instructions are different.
