We added an additional page full of names.... If they don't care for over 5 people they'll ignore that page but I've met 40 of her family members and we wanted to document that. They won't penalise the extra page since they ask to attach extra pages if necessary.
When you say your application has been rejected twice what do you mean? They sent the whole thing back to you without processing? In which case they should have pointed out what was missing
Being denied all depends on the immigration officer not believing your marriage and relationship to be genuine so it depends on a lot of factors.... how long have you lived together/been married? do you have paperwork to prove the time together, are your finances joined? How many of each others...
You can only get the OWP on an inland application but you can only appeal on an outland application. Is Germany not a visa exempt country and therefore you don't need a TRV?
As long as its in English or French it doesnt need to be certified and they specifically ask for photocopies only. I'm just wondering if I should have mine re-copied since I only have black ink at home.
Yes. I had to list my cousins and their children but only the ones currently residing in canada... not the ones who were born in canada and currently live in the US
She has a sister so she cant sponsor you... you can only sponsor a family member if you dont already have any family in canada. Also the only way you could sponsor a cousin to canada is if you dont have any parents, siblings, aunts or uncles
