As long as he has enough funds in his account for a return flight and evidence of employment he should be fine... they may ask about the pr but he can just say yourr going to appeal while hes on the work permit

If you go to the police they have to escort you to the property to retrieve whatever you need e.g. passport.... he wont do anything infront of them so ask them to take you somewhere safe after and book a flight to canada immediately if thats where you want to be

Tie your things together as much as possible... ANYTHING you get in the mail that can have both names on should do so and all ID should have your residential address on like driving licence

It wont affect other applications and they plenty of same sex couples are granted PR... they scrutinize common law more than married couples either way, you could get married as much as a heterosexual couple in canada :)

Definately not for spousal sponsorship... i dont even think you can fail on medical grounds. For other visas i cant see colour blindness being an issue... only time ive heard of it being an issue is applying for the air force

If she has living parents or siblings then she cant as she would have to sponsor them instead

Are you sure? Looking at the spreadsheet for 2017 people have been getting the OWP in 3weeks to 3 months whereas uk outland is around 6 months IF its sent to ottawa and 9 months in london
