Don't stress and depress your self by looking at those fake timelines on the spreadsheet. Some are real some are not. Most them are from people who never even applied for citizenship. They join the forum and spreadsheet for fun. 2 day AOR is just not possible. The real average is between 10-18 days.

Was there a Gap between the expiry date of old passport and the new Passport. If yes just write letter and declare that you didn't leave Canada in that period of time. You be ok.

You can use the same application. Add the missing document and copy of your fee receipt. Possibley a cover letter with it. When they send back you the application they send you a Anex A form to sign. The form has two options. Option 1 to send application with missing documents and get it...

My application has been delivered today. Now I will wait for AOR. I did provide an email address. Hopefully will get AOR soon if my application is considered complete.

I applied for my PR card beggining of November and now reading all this photo change in last week of November. I believe my application will be returned as well for new photo spec.

CIC permanently closed down Nanaimo and Victoria offices. There is none on the Island
