Can anyone plz tell me, What's is the normal processing time for Vancouver or Surrey office? Is it less than a year or more?

I ve read a lot similar stories like yours on this forum. Where majority of time is wasted on the decision of judge. I personally think the judges had created the backlog. At the end its a smart idea to withdraw a lagging application which takes more than a year. Congratulations!!

Under new rules the days count after you become a PR. There is no more credit before that. And now you need 4 years out of six.
