Finally mailed my Application today. Possible delivery on Monday. I have heard that all the back log has been eliminated and all the Citizenship applications this year will be processed in real time. No more que..

I sent my application to Sydney, NS. I believe it will be transferred to Scarborough, ON since I live in Richmond Hill, ON. I heard Scarborough is among the lowest in terms of processing.

one of the biggest problems to cause these delays in Scarborough is that from time to time some of the GTA offices dump their workload at Scarborough and hence the volume in Scarb. increases from time to time.

Recently even some of my friend from Kitchener were transferred in Scarb.
Recently a lot of people were also transferred in Scarb. from downtown and Mississaga.

So it seems that this office is extremely overloaded with applications from other GTA regions.
