Submitted CSE, But Got No Email

You don't, you just have to provide as much info as possible in the CSE in order for them to link the profile, otherwise it will get ignored outright. If you don't get response in about 15 business days, then that's your cue.

Express Entry with Low CRS Points

First of all, I don't know who this "representative of IRCC" is, there's no mentioning of his name on the Newcomers fair, I was trying to believe he is somewhat legit until he said the draws will be 2000 to 2500 and CRS lowered under 400, I was like literally LOL.

Points of Relative in Canada for Express Entry

Let's just put it this way, having a relative in Canada can help you qualify and get into the EE pool, but it will not increase your CRS score which is the ITA based on.

What's going on with the recent draws?

Pretty sure they lost track on that long time ago buried by mountain high of paperwork, if they keep giving the big middle finger to young capable international talents, well, we all know how that gonna go, it's not like Canada is a hot catch or anything.

What's going on with the recent draws?

Oh and our Mr.McCallum also said to give extra points to international students months ago, let's see how's that gonna fly, or when. Well, I guess the "decision makers" are not that reliable for what it matters anyhow.

Submitted CSE, But Got No Email

They updated the CSE submission format few days ago, I assume this is one of the new changes.

What's going on with the recent draws?

He made you think he's not faking huh? All it means is that he is a good speaker and successfully manipulated you to agree with him, nothing more. And yes, he is not a CIC officer.

    38th Draw// July 13, 2016 // 482 points // 747 Invites

Actually that is a good thing, I have been keep saying the current CRS scoring for education level is beyond stupid. It does not differentiate the world top ranked NA university degree from some third world country college. It does not even appreciate its own education and those who paid...

    38th Draw// July 13, 2016 // 482 points // 747 Invites

Applicants are accumulating yes, but at different scores across the board. You are just assuming people are accumulating at 481 because the cutoff is 482, which is completely unreasonable btw, but in fact they can accumulating at 470 or 370, who knows. People joining in the pool everyday, people...

    Help needed.. urgent

You will have to reapply since your entire CRS score and ITA were based on single status, there is quite a difference.

    38th Draw// July 13, 2016 // 482 points // 747 Invites

2500+ is just a wild dream that will never come true, ITA around 1000-1500 and scoring at 465-475 is fair expectation, if ever.

    38th Draw// July 13, 2016 // 482 points // 747 Invites

Apparently these just the people cashing in their pnp since provincial government sold out thousands of them in first few month of the year.

What is the Canadian Education Equivalent to a US CPA Certificate

CPA is not considered as a "professional" certificate by CIC, and it does get assessed by WES, mostly likely as a separate "Bachelor degree" (x years) according to other applicants.

    Reasons for Rejection

What? Are you talking about PR application? I know for OINP you need to scan all pages, but I am pretty sure for PR you only need to include any page with mark on it.

What is the Canadian Education Equivalent to a US CPA Certificate

Why didn't you include your CPA certificate in the ECA? Any foreign degree/certificate must get a ECA anyway.

A story: "It's home, and I don't want to leave."

Canada immigration policy is a known embarrassment. On one hand, government keep crying about aging population, aging labor and higher health care burden. On another hand, keep kicking Canadian-trained highly skilled highly paid young international professionals out of country to "protect"...

    38th draw <GUESS>

Your "calculation" has speculations every single step along the way, and you said yourself the big unknown is the applications from 2015 that will be counted toward admission of 2016. You are using these targeted admission numbers to speculate ITA without knowing the most basic elements such as...

    38th draw <GUESS>

This is completely wrong, you cannot get 50 points for "Skill trans. Work Exp" with Canadian experience for single person. That is for Foreign Work Experience.

    Express Entry Profile Expired

You are not breaking the law if you are out of status within 90 days of your previous permit expired or after implied status ended. That's when you can apply for restoration. But anything longer than that you are pretty much barred from Canada forever.
