2500+ is just a wild dream that will never come true, ITA around 1000-1500 and scoring at 465-475 is fair expectation, if ever.

This is completely wrong, you cannot get 50 points for "Skill trans. Work Exp" with Canadian experience for single person. That is for Foreign Work Experience.

You are not breaking the law if you are out of status within 90 days of your previous permit expired or after implied status ended. That's when you can apply for restoration. But anything longer than that you are pretty much barred from Canada forever.
