Now i am worried what to do.. is that OK if we get married in Canada (wife have Canada visiting visa) and show the proof for our marriage . Any advise will be greatfull

It is easier if you apply together. What I have heard once one of the spouse is PR and than applies for other than it takes a long time.
Having said that dont quote me on that. get advice from the immigration lawyer.

Well, that's clearly Misrepresentation. You lied on your application. You were married and you are applying as single.

I doubt it, consult with a good lawyer. If you haven't submitted documents just decline the invitation and reapply.

You will have to reapply since your entire CRS score and ITA were based on single status, there is quite a difference.

Thanks..i will consult a lawyer. Its hard to get a ITA if i withdraw my application.
No doubt its very hard to get ITA, i understand.

But lying about it makes it harder. I will make it simple for you.

Option A - You apply as single applicant, CIC finds out about your marriage you get banned for Misrepresentation.

Option B - Decline ITA, add your spouse, try to increase your score like 99% of the people on this forum and accept it and apply without worrying. Fair and square

Good luck.

If you already applied for PR, than best option is to withdraw application before it gets processed. Not sure if you can just add your wife to the application as you stated that you single and signed the form when you knew, you married - this is clearly misrepresentation.
