    I am hearing some chatter in various FB groups about the possibility of cancelling pending applications, this maybe highly impossible but there is 0.1% it may happen.

    Eligibility can be checked/reviewed multiple times during the span of your application as per my understanding, this is fairly normal and nothing to be worried about. Eligibility is conclusively passed once a PPR is issued and as others mentioned GCMS notes will shed more light on this.

    I think there is time limit on re-medicals make sure you are not crossing that time limit.

    What are folks supposed to do in these situations? Just curious. I for one do not want to move to Canada without a job knowing how expensive Canada can be. On the other end I do not want to let COPR expire and who knows how long its gonna take to get a new one.

    Just call your doctor. Also it depends on IRCC, if they ask for a sputum test your doctor will notify you.

    PR approvals are not based on any lottery, you submit all documents correctly and meet all requirements you have 100% approval rate.
