    Wait for IRCC's instructions, sometimes you get lucky and your documents will be extended. We have patiently waited all this time and we can wait a month or 2.

    For any education you claim points need to be evaluated, I don't think any organization evaluates your degree without proper documentation. Focus on how to get missing documents.

    I am not being on anyone's side but it makes sense from IRCC's perspective, quite easy just to issue COPR for applicants with valid documents instead of reviewing applicants with expired documents or about to expire.

    At least we will have to till October to December, depends on how quickly they get through applications from Group A and B. Also depends on if IRCC decides to extend our documents or ask for re-submission.
