If you are FSW-O applicant, I don't recommend calling as they don't provide much information instead apply for GCMS notes.

There is always demand for IT folks, the best way is to search through Linkedin and Indeed. Search with your keywords and see how many posts are available in past month or 2 which gives you an idea about demand.
