    Ray of hope - FSW - 1

I don't think Mods are being fair on here, they deleted few of my posts and left many questionable posts untouched.

Everyone struggled and sacrificed a lot to get where they are now, its not just you. You should be more positive and try to improve your score.

Weather and Living conditions in Edmonton

Weather can be horrible in winters, summers are good for most part. There aren't many tech jobs in Edmonton. So depends on your area of work. It is cheaper than Toronto though.

Visitor Visa for H1B visa stamping in Canada

Just apply visit visa as a tourist or visiting family, don't have to mention you are only applying for H1B stamping purposes. Once you get your visa approved you can go for stamping (provided you can book a visa slot and it doesn't get canceled).

Apply for a PR Please help!

Your age is a big factor to consider, there is a minimal chance for you via express entry (can look at PNP nominations). TBH I dont think you have a chance via express entry. Soft Landing/Moving to Canada

Yes, anyone with valid I797 and I94 can re-enter USA without a valid visa in a passport. This is only applicable if you travelled to Canada or Mexico and your stay is 30 days or less. I personally used this option so it is pretty easy to come back to the states but I am not sure how things are...
