Let us see....Hello, So i could work for a foreign company while staying in canada and it will count under FSW under eligible occupation ?
1. How many hours did you accumulate in your work in one year?
-- Were they at least 1 year of continuous work or 1,560 hours total (30 hours per week)? This will be a full time job.
-- Were they at least 1,560 hours total in continuous work during last 10 years? (This can be part time work)
2. What was the NOC / TEER of your work?
3. Does your work meet the lead statement of its NOC description?
4. Does your work meet most of the duties listed in NOC description?
5. Were you paid the market rate in the country in which your job there?
6. Can you experience letter with duties?
7. If you were in Canada as a fulltime student, do keep in mind that there may be objections raised and PFL raised regarding doubts as a genuine student or the work in other country being genuine. Make sure you have documentation and very valid reasons to prove that. In short, working remotely for a job in another country per say does not seems to violate study permit conditions but it can raise questions if a person was genuinely studying in Canada and enter for that purpose or was he using that pretext to live in Canada. Later is trouble.
I am purposefully being a little ambiguous here. This is my (non-lawyer/non-professional/lay) interpretation of those pages that i linked to. I have not faced this situation myself. Feel free to consult a lawyer or a RCIC for a more professional advice.
