    People have applied online and got it just fine. Funny thing is those who follow protocol and submit on paper usually have their applications delayed as paper is slower than online.

    That's a PR article. Not an official order. It's why I asked. I found the link of the official order published in the Gazette: https://www.gazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/p1/2024/2024-06-22/html/notice-avis-eng.html#ne1 Sadly it applies to all border crossings for PGWP.
