Hello guys. For someone that did not declare a dependent child in their study permit application of which they were denied the visa because of insufficient funds and immigration intent, can they declare the child in their PR application without it becoming an issue of misrepresentation?

But we need to include the unaccompanying child in the proof of funds right?
