    This is nothing new. I think you are finding these rules for the very first time. These very same rules apply for a lot of other countries too, including Uncle Sam. Sometimes CBP refuses entry into the US for even Canadian PR holders who have a Youtube channel and they have monetized it.

    The fact that you still have 2.5 years automatically say that you can easily meet RO. Not sure why you are worrying here?
