    ECA Application with IQAS

The bigger problem is that, you are not to collect any documents for ECA - your college/uni is supposed to mail them directly. That's at least the standard with WES, I'm sure IQAS would be the same. That's why call and ask your uni/college.

    ECA Application with IQAS

Very unlikely that anyone on this forum would be from that university. Why don't you just call them and get the answer?

    Humanitarian and Compassionate Applications 2025

An officer manually triggers the RFV/PPR letter, so that's where the hold is. You can expect a minimum of 3 months validity (I've not seen validity less than that commonly).

I'm unsure as I was an outland applicant, but for us the dimensions of photo was that we submitted as outland were different compared to those that we sent after for CoPR. If the dimensions are different - get a new one!

Request Letter the same as passport request? Permanent residency

That makes it clear, you won't get a separate PPR/Ready for Visa mail for each dependent - you'll get a single mail for all outland dependents.

Request Letter the same as passport request? Permanent residency

I'm assuming you had already informed IRCC OR IRCC already knows that you are in Canada (assuming they processed you as in-land CEC). If not, then the issue is different. Also, have you already received a portal email before?

I guess, time for you to find out just how lovely Canada Post is when it comes to PR card delivery! :D

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Won't hold many opinions here. If IRCC is still back-to-back 5k and 8k CEC draws, which don't make any sense - you won't know where they'll skew with any program. Hopefully, sense prevails within H&C and applications aren't cancelled like that.

If nothing goes wrong a month or month and a half. If it takes more than 1.5 months, logical to call IRCC and ask if one was sent that never reached you -> if so, apply for a new PR card using the form on IRCC website. You can physically mail the filled form or fax it to IRCC (I think Nova...

    Express Entry PCC Question

No, your PCC has to cover the last entire visit. If you get a PCC that doesn't covers your last visit, your application will be returned as incomplete. You can apply for a PCC via BLS upon coming back or once you get your ITA.

Got ITA , Confused about non-accompanying spouse

    >also if i didn’t add spouse accompany in my profile any issue?if i add him my score below 490. That's called material misrepresentation, IRCC was lenient on gaming the CRS system via "accompanying" abuse - last year (2025), they issued some PFLs to those who deserved it. How they'll act is...

It isn't a bad thing for sure! The assumption is that, rarely applications are refused directly. So, if you have no PFL/ADRs and you have had a decision made/CoPR details in tracker - it is all a good news! Fwiw, I used to post these in each AoR thread back in 2024 to let people know what to...

Yep, NOC mismatch is one of those things. There isn't enough ground for the ADR as the letter provided by the employer is usually considered factual. Some people do receive ADRs, but few get outright rejection. The rejection aligns with the idea that "material facts" of employment shouldn't...

    September 2025 AOR

I forgot what the case for your application was - was it NOC mismatch or something? Those do lead to no PFL and ADR sometimes and a few other issues lead to the same outcome too. There are a few flows that lead to outright rejection, but they are a bit too rare. Anything pre R10 check is a...

That security due date isn't binding for a case processing officer - they can process your stage before or after that due date. If you are marked non-routine, under SS, etc - expect longer processing times.

Plus, the flow that IRCC will likely go with: 1. Issue a PFL/ADR. At PFL/ADR stage, no decision is ever made. 2. A PFL leads to rejection -> Decision is made. If OP has no PFL at this point of time, very unlikely for it to be a rejection.

You are likely marked "final review required" - next thing the case processing officer will do is to either issue you the approval email or have a second very high-level review done by another officer. Worth knowing that GCKey and PR tracker don't have the same database, they don't reflect...
