I am new on this forum and i need some help from you.I am february 2013 aplicant and today i got a mail from VO Bucharest, they request " information regarding country of residence in the past 6 month".what that means?

Did they ask you to fill out a specific form? Or do you have to send them a new police certificate?

No, i sent a new police certificate in november 2013 when I had interviw,I also sent the proof of RPRF and now they say to wait new medicals requests.Sorry for my english.Now, I don't now what information/documents send to them.

Toronto asap if you get a chance to check out the Vac in belgrade please let us know. They have pricing on the website and actual drop off times for passports. I think it is between 2-4pm. And you can track registered mail thru posta.rs once it leaves serbia. Last week i followed the additional documents my wife sent. It actually went to spain before it made it to vienna. And when my wife sent me the signed applications i was able to track it the whole way to canada.

Milance I wasn't able to talk to VAC officers because they were all busy while I was waiting for my medical. But I got these phone numbers 011/2920-183, 2920-186, called and they told me the price of passport transfer is accurate on their website. You can call them if you need some additional info.

BTW, nada3, did your husband do his new medical in Belgrade? If so I cannot believe you still haven't heard from Vienna because today they explained to me their new electronic procedure in Belgrade IOM. It basically means that our medical results are not physically sent to London - Vienna anymore, they can be accessed at any time because they are in the system. Which makes me wonder what you are waiting for in these past 6 weeks?! Someone kind enough to open your file?! I'm afraid we're in the same mess now. Did you send them a case specific inquiry on this matter?

We will request reassessment of your medical examination results from our Regional Medical Office. If it is possible, the doctor will instruct you further. If reassessment is not possible, we will issue new medical forms.

I don't know how it is in Romania, but for example in Germany as long as you're in the country you are "registered" so you can go to the municipality to get a copy of the documents that proves that you are registered. One more thing (maybe easier) you can do is to have your employment contract that shows you are working translated and send them; or rental agreement from your apartment, or bills that come in your name and you've payed (cellphone, telephone, gas, electricity, satellite).

We saw in our GCMS notes that the Medical results were received and "Passed" 7 days after the medical exam.

I sent the case specific inquiry, now we'll see if they are going to reply. They have been telling us since April last year that they are doing background checks and they would let us know of further steps once they are completed. I assumed the new medical request would be the "next" step and that all the screening is done.
Grrrrrrrrr I am so stressed, can't even function.

I dont understand what is with yr file so u wait so long.i am expecting answer from VO,as I am applicant sept.2013. and what u to say ,as u r applicant sept.2012.

i really dont have words to comfort u,as i need comfort myself.
