Hello everyone!!!!!!

I have a question, on my ecas state they recieved my app May 17 2013 for PR

and i had letter on 11 june

Dear XXXXXXXXXX:

This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on
behalf of XXXXXXXXXXXX.

You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent
Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing.

Should you need to submit additional information or make any further enquiries regarding the
Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s), you may contact the visa office by e-mail,
fax, or in writing as follows:

Vienna
Embassy of Canada
Visa Section
Laurenzerberg 2
1010 Vienna
Austria

vienna recieved my app on 17 May 2013 or 11 June 2013?

The sponsorship process is divided into two parts. Part 1: the sponsor is being checked to see if he/ she is eligible to sponsor the main applicant(the one who needs the residence permit). during this part of the process the application is in the Immigration office in Mississauga, Canada. This part of the process usually takes between 20-60 days

Part 2: the file is transferred to the visa office that's responsible for the main applicant's country (in our case Vienna visa office). this part is the long one and may take 12 months or more (but sometimes much less)

in your case, immigration office in Mississauga Canada received your application on 17 May 2013.

On 11 June 2013 they decided that your spouse is eligible to sponsor you (part1 finished) and they are transferring your application to Vienna office for the main applicant process to start.

Now, Vienna office may send you a letter or an email saying that they have received your file but they may not send such letter or email but don't worry.

when did you do your medical?

They have the ability to extend your medical if that is the only thing holding up the issuance of the visa and COPR

i dont hope so but i think that they will aks us to redo our medical test and its very expensive thats true

Yes its happens sometimes they can extend it to u sometimes redo your medical what can you do nothing you too also can be strong when its came that you cannot do anything about it

I had to pay 340 for the medical check up and about 50 to travel to the city that has a doctor acceptable for them :( I really don't want to pay all that money again, I can put the money into my future child's university fund

Avissa you are right is better to put the money for your child school or even to buy them candy lol no one of us will wish to do it again
