No any update for my application from Vienna or even Ecas and I never apply for TRV, We decide to not try it since my application going to be 10month since when Vienna received it so we will wait to see what CIC web site will change or stay like that if its stayed we will order the GCMS Note I guess any news from U?

What is GMCS notes? and any good reason to order plus, and how you order it.

Its call Global Case Management System (GCMS) It can able to check your application and find out what is going on with your application since you cannot get the information from the embassy you can order it if you have address in Canada so your spouse can order it its cost 5 Canadian Dollars http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/index.asp

Guys, don't even mention medical redo I need three.. Which is (almost) three times more expensive... Plus I have to drive to Budapest, which is 500 km round trip, and the highway ticket... Mine is valid till next May 28th...

As far as I know they will not e-mail either one of you. You should have received an e-mail when they received your application..., and that's it. If any documents are needed they will e-mail only the sponsored spouse.
The "in process" status apears on e-cas when they start processing your apllication. For example, we submitted the application in Mississauga Sep 28th, it was received in Vienna Nov 14th, and they started processing the application on January 18th. It was updated "in process" after Jan 18th.
Hope this answers your questions.
It seems that you still have a long wait ahead of you, so don't lose any sleep over these things, Vienna seems to be painfully slow.
