Hi All!

What kind of additional documents do they look for after we submit EVERYTHING on Earth with the application? I am just wondering and asking your experiances, i understand it depends on the cases, which is always different. I am planning to go for a long visit to my Husband and it would be very very very awful if I would need to submit another document.
Ohhh, another thing, IMM5481 form (it's the sponsor's form), we don't have to sign that, right? There was no space for signature, right?
Thanks and good luck to all of us!

Hi Hungary

Like we mentios before it depends of your stuation, when Vienna was asking me for additional documents they give me 60days I was thinking it can be ok, but I almost spent one month try to get the document from another country and I couldn't get it so I was decide to fly there and bring the documents and I did that, and I sent it, if you are sure 100% for your application you don't need to be worried at all. About form CPC if they received your application without sign automatically they will sent it back to you so if its already transfer to VO means its complitly ok, that is my experience somebody correct me if I was wrong !!!

Hi Muby,

Thanks for your answer!
I do understand that they would send it back if it wasn't signed, we signed all of the forms (I HOPE SO) but I found it strange that there was no space to sign this Sponsorship Evaluation form.
I wish our app would be on it's way to Vienna already. ::)

Hi Hungary

No there's no need to sign form 5481. Keep calm and a cool head the last few days before you mail them. Panic and stress is the worst adviser.
Check your apps. Compare all the support docs against the Checklist. Did you remember to make a photo timeline for proof? Or are you sending individual photos?
Take your time and relax.

Tom

Hi Tom!!!!

Yesyesyes, we double, triple checked everything, and I also checked my husband's forms as well ( which was lucky to do, because he didn't signed the Sponsor questionnaire my God...) so I am hoping we caught every each mistake and now that it is submitted, its just fine.
Yes we included a lot of proof, covering all the time we spent in relationship, there is nothing written down what we couldn't prove right away with pics, receipts, letters, etc. Only This stupid waiting time makes me become uncertain, that's all. :-[ :-X
If the doc.about the custody and the declaration from the father that the twins are allowed to move permanently abroad will be good enough. So its a document 2:1. It is right from the court, our judge himself. So it should be okay. We read it to the CIC call centre and they even asked an officer in a highest position, who said its good. But who knows ???

Ooohhh and I LOVE greek mythology Tom. I just keep forgetting the stories all the time, with all the Gods and Goddesses, so pls don't test me :) I use to calm my husband saying: Honey, I wouldn't even let the God Zeus close to me :D ;) :)

Hi Everyone, regarding my question about the length of a PR visa: I mean once you get the ok from Vienna- the visa they stick in your passport once the family sponsorship is approved. It is a month long? Three months long?

Thanks for your help and support.

Hi katie25

normally the length of the visa is the remainder of your medical exams or your passport's expiry. Normally of course is your medical. Lets say your passport expires in the long future then the visa will be valid till the ending day of your medical exams. If of course your medical exams expiry is near to the day they approve you they will in most cases extend it so you may have enough time to prepare for departure!

Good luck
tom

Thanks so much Tom....and that makes a lot of sense too. Can you believe no one at the CIC call center was able to answer that one for me.

Best wishes..
