Upfront Medical for Dependent after ITA - What Type??

I thought my road will be smooth after I get the ITA in draw !!!!!
Before ITA draw, just one worry ..... Need to get selected in Draw
After ITA -- OMG !!! POF, Medicals , Work reference letter , bank statements .... what else !!!

Oh panel doctors , do whatever test u want , give good result ..,..

Then this is proof that both Non-EDE, Worker and EDE, Family have been accepted for PR.

Does it depend on class of application?
i applied under CEC with non EDE and worker.
if cec or fsw etc does not matter then CIC is doing shit job...
it should not depend on choice of CIC officer which medical to pass and which to fail...
there should be set guidelines......

Well, doesn't it seem like you have a REALLY good case for a CSE? No one - not CIC, not the clinics, no one - seems able to give a definitive answer about this.

Mine got non-EDE worker

I was reading this thread which gave me goosebumps and rapid heart palpitation 15 min ago.

Upon checking right now, my status changed to MEDICAL PASSED.

I will keep you posted on my app status

As per my Panel Physician here in Singapore,

Principal Application = Worker - Non-EDE ( not exempted on excessive demands )
Dependent = Family - EDE ( excessive demand exempted )

my friend get PR in mid July. Both he (principal applicant) and his wife (dependant) had Non-EDE worker

I did my medicals in singapore as well
my meds passed 2 days after i submitted my application

It is NON ede / worker .. both for me and my husband...

looks like there were complications with that medical exam, although not sure the issue described in here was the valid reason for rejection - it is more possible that panel physician screwed something up...

toronto_engg - have you done brand new medical for EE purpose, or you have reused some TRV medical?

There has been another reported rejection because medical was done for temporary residence only... I am worried that there is one loose CIC officer who does not have a clue about a system and rejects cases which comes in hand... this is scary...

Medical exam was in French
