I would recommend getting ur marriage registered with local marriage registrar in india. They are legal authority on marriage certificates. I dont think canadian govt will accept a temple's certificate.

Just got my ppr. I am in canada. Can i change the address of passport dwlivery in the return envelope? I will change my place before passport will come back? Should i notify cic via email of this change? Also in package i send passports , photos and copy of ppr letter right?
