Thanks yellow0412... since nasa CIO na papers nio, all you need to do is to pray...and pray... and pray... na sana complete and accurate yung application para makareceive kayo agad ng AOR. Im pretty sure naman na di lang double check ang ginawa nio to make sure na wala kayo nakaligtaan. Relax lng muna while waiting.

So goodluck and God bless... just be patient and keep the faith.

Hello kabayans, Got PPR last Oct 29 submitted passport Manila VO Nov 2. Tanong ko lang normally how long will I receive my passport back? Does CEM has to run their own processing procedure or they only does administrative services like stamping for CIC?

Good luck sa ating lahat!

Few clarifications / questions po.

In the document checklist - IMM 5690E (Item 18) it says:

Mailing your Application

Mail to CIO in Sydney, Nova Scotia:
- this document checklist,
- your complete application,
- supporting documents required in the checklist, and
- include 2 self-addressed mailing labels:
- one in English or French and
- one in the official language of your country of residence

Please consult "Step 4. Mail the application" section of the instruction guide for the CIO address and specific instructions on mailing your application.

- include 2 self-addressed mailing labels:
- one in English or French and
- one in the official language of your country of residence

**Please correct my understanding that I have to include 2 envelopes with my address? Paano pong format? Because when i look at "Step 4.

Thank you po.

P.S. Sorry for sounding stupid but what does CEM stands for? Di pa po kasi ako nakakapag pasa ng papers, just received LOA and just preparing (and reading here).

http://estore.robee.com/index.php/personalized-labels/transportation.html

(Your Name)
(Your Address)
(Your Postal Code)

Gagamitin ito kung me ipadadala sa iyo na official documents or me ibabalik. Normally hindi na ginagamit kahit naka-lagay sa checklist kasi most of the time, via email ang correspondence.

CEM - colloquailly or old term which means (Canada/Canadian Embassy in Manila). Nasanay na ang karamihan na gamitin ito for the visa office/consulate office ng Canada in Manila. If you see sa official webpage ng embassy
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/philippines/contact-contactez.aspx?lang=eng&menu_id=11

Ang formal name is "Embassy of Canada in Manila"
