Hope all is well, just like to ask can passports suffice as national identification card?

I answered NA dyan sa question na yan. Wala naman official national ID card ang Pilipinas, so instead of assuming or substituting anything - I did not put anything. Others opined ilalagay ang SSS ID or other IDs of national importance, pero pagkakaintindi ko dyan is the official national ID. Some countries meron national ID, other wala din. So instead of assuming, kung wala talagang official national ID na pinanghahawakan, then wala.

OK naman ang resulta - lumabas pa din ang visa.

I'd say wag mo munang pangunahan ang wala pa - hindi pa tapos ang IME, so wala ka pang result. If me lumabas na negative result, then bibigyan ka ng enough time to comply or refute the result (kung inadmissibility due to excessive demand).

Go through the IME, then wait for the result. Then act based on the results. Do not pre-empt kung ano ang mangyayari - this is not the first case if ever, so the examination of inadmissibility due to medical reasons may have changed over the years.

May history kc sya ng "encephalomeningoecele" which in effect ay may arrested syang hydrocephalus, di nman sya nag undergo ng shant kaso naapektuhan ang paglalakad nya at pagsasalita, kaya alam ko may issue na tlga kmi sa medical nya, kaya ina-anticipate ko na ano ang dpat paghandaan, kaya parang ang pede nming ilaban na lng sa case nya ay may enough funds kmi to assist his social needs sa canada if ever.. may nag advice din samin na much better to consult a immigration lawyer to present our argument on his case if ever...

Actually the gist of the document na hinahanap mo was Section IV nung long reply ko sa iyo, if I recall right. Although wala na akong copy (di ko naman sya nai-download when I referenced the link) - that section summarizes most of what you can do.

Just do a quick google search madami naman ang mga links on overcoming medical refusal on these grounds. Such as below.

It does not have to be kayo lang ang source of funds, pwede din sponsor nyo or families ninyo.

IMHO mas maingay dun. "Ingay" but not a lot of direction. Mangilan-ngilan lang ang active na me "admin" or "moderator" na maayos nagmaintain ng groups or nagbibigay ng direction. Plus - direct access, which is ayaw ko direct na pwedeng natatawagan.

06.10.15 - Passport submitted to VSF Global Singapore
15.10.15 - CIC status change to DM ( not sure when did the status changed)
16.10.15- Passport ready for collection at VSF Global Singapore: date of visa issued- 08 Oct 2015

Napakalayo ikabit ang change of address sa delay sa application. Unless ang main means ng communication ninyo ng VO is via mail. Madalas email na ngayon.
