Hi yeshans! good for you!! ung case kaya ng bunso ko, makakalusot kaya sa medical if ever, kc 10 y.o na sya pero di pa sya
nakakalakad on his own dhil naapektuhan ng congenital case nya(erested hydrocephalus) at di rin sya diretso magsalita.. ano kaya ang posibleng kahinatnatnan ng knyang assessment kung mag undergo na sya ng medical..As of now he is undergoing physical ther. at may plan na kaming ipasok sa speech ther. dhil balak na nming mag submit ng papers sa cio by the end of nov..
Hope anyone there could share his point of view(whether good or bad)..to give us some ideas what we are facing soon..

Meron kasing iba na di na sinulatan yung likod ng bankdraft at meron ding nagsulat.wala namang naging problema.Just to be sure na maiaaccount sa tamang tao pwede naman po sulatan ang likod ng name ng principal applicant. you can also make a cover letter stating the names kung para kanino ang amount na nasa bankdraft. Sa case mo dalawa kayo.si hubby mo as principal applicant at ikaw as his spouse. Hope it helps. Goodluck.

hi sir ragluf maraming salamat po, nalito lang po kasi talaga ako kasi sa ibang forum na napuntahan ko police certificate talaga ang usual nababanggit so akala ko po yun ung galing sa police station na police clearnce or cert is pwede na hindi ko naisip na NBI clearance pala dto satin ang kelangan, sguro hntyn ko n nga lang po marelease yung NBI clearnce ko bago magsubmit pra may time pa na matriple check ang laht. sa dami po siguro kaya narratle na un isip ko sa pagintindi nung guide. anyway maraming salamt po ulit. Sa Pilipinas, ang usual na ibig sabihin ng police certificate is local police certificate lang - kukuha ka ka presinto or sa headquarters ng police na me jurisdiction kung saan ka nakatira. Hindi yan ang ibig sabihin pagdating sa ibang bansa at para sa ibang mga applicants sa ibang bansa. Kung nasa website ka ng CIC - nandun ang mga links - susundan mo lang ang online guide at me links yan na pwede mo i-click at sundan upang malaman ang sagot sa katanungan mo.

I am hoping na maging ok po application nyo. I got this info from fkl.

CIC's criteria is to attempt to assess whether the child would require any significant assistance going through his life in Canada.

They have a practical measure of assessing if he would need more than 6k CAD per annum in health care supported by government once he lives here or not. There is likely a refusal if the cost is significantly higher.

To give you an estimate, kids in Canada receives speech therapy for an hour a week in schools if they need it. And cost ranges between 100 to 150 CAD an hour. Government insurance or even private one might support like 600 to 1k per year of speech therapy. Rest one pays himself.

Yes - technically na refuse ka sa isang application for temporary residence (WP extends your temporary residence status).

or para lang sa mga refugee un..

Hindi lang pang refugee ito - kailangan intindihin mo ang tanong - kasama din sa tanong na ito kung me refusal sa application for refugee status, OR an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including CSQ) or application to PNP OR visitor or temporary resident visa. Alin dito ang na-aangkop sa iyo?

and which one is faster po send ko po through email or send ko through Courier?

Schedule A is a form to be signed po - so hindi pwedeng via email ito. Via courier ito ipadadala - balikan mo ang checklist - Document Checklist (IMM 5690) - nakasaad dun Original ang form na ito na kailangan ipadala sa kanila. Isa pa, me declaration dito na kailangan dated and signed.
