Hello Seniors, pwede magtanong regarding sa pag fill up nung form ng addtl family info form IMM5406 sa cic app?

kc husband ko yung principal applicant, but we need to fill up our own addtl family info form, okay na po yung sa kanya. Pag ako na po ba yung mag fill up ng form, name ko po ba dapat yung naklagay sa applicant na portion then yung sa kanya naman yung sa spouse? or i should leave the applicant portion blank then name ko yung spouse? Nakakalito lang po kc..thank you po sa sasagot.

Hi... NBI clearance po not the local police clearance if you are residing here in the Philippines.but you also need to submit police clearance or certificate from other country where you have stayed for six months or more. Hope it would help.

Iha - I will reiterate my oft advice for those filling out the CIC forms muna ha:
1. Hwag magmadali i-fillup ang forms
2. Hwag i-fill-up ang forms kung hindi pa nababasa ang mga directions sa documents isa-isa. Natural sa atin na babasahin lang ang directions ng form sabay i-fill-up ang kailangan. Mas makabubuti, basahin muna ang nilalaman ng bawat directions ng forms before simulan i-fill-up ang mga ito. Mas malilinawan kung paano sasagutan, ano ang isasagot, at ano-ano pa ang dapat isama sa mga forms.
3. Basahin muna ang guide http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp
4. Basahin din muna ang Document Checklist - IMM5690E

So sa tanong mo - kung nabasa mo ang Document Checklist - nandun ang sagot:

#15 Police Certificates and Clearances

You must get a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18. You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, we strongly recommend you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid future delays. You must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer.

So kung wala kang NBI Clearance, pwede mo pa din ipadala, pero hihingin ulit sa iyo yun during processing. Iniiwasan ang ganitong back-and-forth na requests kasi me dagdag na panahon sa processing ito. Pero kung wala ka maibigay ngayon in-time para sa submission mo, well, pwede mo pa rin ipadala ang application mo. Hintayin mo na lang ang instructions kelan at saan ipadadala ang NBI mo.

Ulitin ko - hwag magmadali sa pag-fill-up ng forms. Mas mainam kung magpakahinahon, maging banayad sa pagsusulat, at intindihin muna ang kinakailangan. Ang reference ay ang mga guides at checklist at ang mga directions sa itaas ng mga forms. Mas makabubuting maging tama kesa maging maaga - madalas sa pagmamadali - me nakakaligtaan, o mali,. At matagal na panahon na maibalik ang application package sa iyo kapag ang isang mali ay mag-reresulta na ibabalik ang submission mo isa iyo. Marami na nangyari na ganyan, sa pagmamadali, nakaligtaan o kulang ang kailangan sa submission, pag ibinalik, paso na ang LoA/Nomination letter.

Tama si sir ragluf... basa basa muna ng guides on how to fill up the forms.andun lahat ng dapat mong malaman para sa application at kung anu-ano mga kailangan mo i_provide na documents. Mahirap ng magkamali.

Depends. Kung ang highest educational level mo is CCNA - this falls under
Non-university certificate / Diploma (Training in a profession that requires formal education but not at the university level (for example, dental technician or engineering technician). If this is the case - then pwede mo nga ilagay kasama sa years of formal education yan.

Masasabi natin technician level ka with this. Now I am assuming hindi ka tapos ng college, otherwise, kung tapos ka - ang ilalagay mo is Bachelor’s degree - Academic degree awarded by a college or university to those who completed an undergraduate curriculum; also called a baccalaureate.

CCNA is a 1year course na? Make sure kasama sa description ng course na iyan shows 1 year. Kasi CCNA is actually a short course less than a year lang known in North America, and does not require a strict 1 year course-level education, self-study lang karamihan dito. So kung yan was offered under the auspices of an educational institution (meaning given/offered by a college, university kahit short course lang) - then me syllabus and description ka showing 1 year. If kinuha mo sa let's say Pearson or Vue training yan - it does not amount to a 1 year formal course.

BTW - CCNP ako. I took CCNA self-study sa Pinas, hindi kasama sa years of formal education ko.

hi sir ragluf maraming salamat po, nalito lang po kasi talaga ako kasi sa ibang forum na napuntahan ko police certificate talaga ang usual nababanggit so akala ko po yun ung galing sa police station na police clearnce or cert is pwede na hindi ko naisip na NBI clearance pala dto satin ang kelangan, sguro hntyn ko n nga lang po marelease yung NBI clearnce ko bago magsubmit pra may time pa na matriple check ang laht. sa dami po siguro kaya narratle na un isip ko sa pagintindi nung guide. anyway maraming salamt po ulit. mam, another question po sana.. kc magbabayad kami ng PF by bank draft sa BPI, paexpire na kc credit card ko kaya bank draft na lang. kelangan ko pa ba sulatan ng names namin ni hubby yung likod ng bank draft? kc the amount of it is for the 2 of us (1,100 CAD).

Or no need na po lagyan ng names sa likod since may fee payment form na? thanks po ulit. We are planning to send na kc our cic app within this week.

Hello po..Bago lng po ako sa forum na to at makikisali po sana din sa grupong ito..

baka po may makapagbigay sakin ng idea sa posibleng kahantungan ng aming medical (if requested na) lalo na po sa isa kong anak na may delayed sa development nya, meron po kc syang erested na hydrocephalus (erested-di na lumaki ang knyang ulo)..kaya naapektuhan din po ang knyang paglalakad at pagsasalita... Sana po sa naging kapareho ko ng kaso ay makapagbgay ng opinyon kung ano ang kinahinatnan ng kanilang medical..

Meron kasing iba na di na sinulatan yung likod ng bankdraft at meron ding nagsulat.wala namang naging problema.Just to be sure na maiaaccount sa tamang tao pwede naman po sulatan ang likod ng name ng principal applicant. you can also make a cover letter stating the names kung para kanino ang amount na nasa bankdraft. Sa case mo dalawa kayo.si hubby mo as principal applicant at ikaw as his spouse. Hope it helps. Goodluck.
