Dun sa self-addressed mailing labels, hindi sya envelopes, labels lang. Tama ang intindi mo, hindi envelopes ang hinihingi.
Ang madalas na format nito is ganito:

Pero di mo naman kailangan na ganito ang gawin. Me mabibili na stick-on labels (sa National meron sticker labels or anywhere na me school/office supplies) na pwede mo na gamitin. As to format - sa end ng guide dun sa mga envelopes - dun sa Mail Your Application :

(Your Name)
(Your Address)
(Your Postal Code)

Gagamitin ito kung me ipadadala sa iyo na official documents or me ibabalik. Normally hindi na ginagamit kahit naka-lagay sa checklist kasi most of the time, via email ang correspondence. Magiging importante ito kapag ang gamit na correspondence ay postal mail at hindi email, kung saan kailangan magpabalik-balik ng pagpapadala ng forms and docs/letters sa iyo - in this case kailangan nila ng address mo at mailing labels mo. Halimbawa, kung ipadadala sa iyo ang Medical request forms via postal mail, kailangan nila ng mailing label/address mo. Kaya hindi na masyadong nagagamit, kasi nga attachments na lang madalas sa email ang mode of correspondence ng mga applicants.

CEM - colloquailly or old term which means (Canada/Canadian Embassy in Manila). Nasanay na ang karamihan na gamitin ito for the visa office/consulate office ng Canada in Manila. If you see sa official webpage ng embassy

hello po I'm just new to this forum at may important question ako nakareceived ako ng reminder email regarding police cert, rprf and schedule A update my agent was insisting that its ok to send those through email kahit na ang instructions is to send by mail. meron po ba d2 sa forum na nakapagtry magsend ng Schedula A update through email??? if yes san email add po dapat isend??? i will appreciate po your response thanks a lot.

Dati ang tawag dyan is GCMS notes - see here for what is GCMS muna -

Now ang "notes" is actually ang mga nangyayari or case logs ng any application na nasa GCMS. Yung mga nag proceso ng case/application ay naglalagay ng notation or naglalagay ng updates sa kung ano ang nagawa, ginawa sa application. This includes yung PR application mo sa CIC. Hindi gaanong ka-comprehensive or detailed ang notes, pero marami ding makukuhang info dito.

Parang "freedom of information" bill ito sa Pilipinas, kung saan pwede ang isang individual na kunin ang information sa government, lalo na't may kasama o kinalaman ito sa personal information ng individual na ibinigay bilang bahagi ng isang application, official process etc.

Para makakuha ka nito, kailangan ang requester ay -
- must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently in Canada.

1. Follow instructions as sent in the email or mail sent to you
2. Police certificates are supposed to be originals and not scanned as attachments to emails. Refer ka sa checklist ng documents, nakalagay dun originals ang PCCs.
3. Schedule A - IMM5669E form ito ba ang sinasabi mo? It is a form na kailangan signed and dated, kasi me declaration, so originals ito.

Since originals ang hinihingi sa iyo, it supports the request to you na ipadala ito via mail.

tnx sa reply i appreciate it, actually sa letter na email sakin there is 2 option on sending police cert. i can scan the original and send it by email to a specific email add but ung schedule A there is no instructions that says otherwise. i will tell my agent about this thanks again.

The sigurista approach is to initially scan all the documents requested from you and i-attach mo sa isang email. This email address dapat nasa instructions given sa iyo and should be papunta sa VO handling the processing ng application mo. As long as naka-indicate ang Client ID and application/file no. mo, then anything you send will be referring to your application. Place a note in your message that the originals will be sent via courier/mail.

After you do this, send the originals via mail. Get a tracking receipt/number. Then email the VO again, providing the tracking receipt and stating all the instructions have been fulfilled. Unfortunately me agent ka, so daraan ka always sa agent mo.

Still waiting for visa. Passport received by embassy on October 22 2015. Though it says on the email within 90 days, I can see others getting their PP back in a month or less. Hopefully I can spend Christmas with my mom.

Sir ragluf,

Totoo po ba yung sabi ng iba na mas mabilis ang CEM magprocess ng papeles? Andito po kasi kami sa Papua New Guinea, mas malapit po kami sa Sydney, Australia which is doble po ang processing time sa CEM based sa table nila. Waiting lang po kami ng AOR and if saang VO nila ibabato yung papers namin.

Kakapasa lang po kasi ulit namin nung NOV-26,2015 ng package namin, kasi nakaligtaan ko pirmahan ung Schedule-4, fund declaration, katangahan ko talaga kainis!

Ayun uulit na naman po kaya kami sa normal process? new forms ulit and extended LOA na until JAN-19,2015.

Hindi po ba nagbibigay ng consideration si CIO sa mga returned packages gaya ko, palagay nyo po? DEC na po kasi mukhang magsasara na ang office nila
