WOW! Panalo! As I said before, hanga ako sa tibay ng loob at pananalig mo all throughout the process. Ang tagal mo nabinbin sa MPNP, pero never ka bumitaw. Dumaan na yung ibang ka-batch mo and yet, tuloy-tuloy ka lang. Wala na akong masasabi pa, saludo all the way!

Totoo po ba yung sabi ng iba na mas mabilis ang CEM magprocess ng papeles? Andito po kasi kami sa Papua New Guinea, mas malapit po kami sa Sydney, Australia which is doble po ang processing time sa CEM based sa table nila. Waiting lang po kami ng AOR and if saang VO nila ibabato yung papers namin.

Historically mabilis ang CEM compared sa ibang VOs. And ito ay observation on PNP applicants. Nakalagay naman sa CIC website kung ano ang latest estimated processing times, and maganda ang batting average ng

Kakapasa lang po kasi ulit namin nung NOV-26,2015 ng package namin, kasi nakaligtaan ko pirmahan ung Schedule-4, fund declaration, katangahan ko talaga kainis!
Ayun uulit na naman po kaya kami sa normal process? new forms ulit and extended LOA na until JAN-19,2015.

Hindi po ba nagbibigay ng consideration si CIO sa mga returned packages gaya ko, palagay nyo po? DEC na po kasi mukhang magsasara na ang office nila

As far as they (CIO) is concerned, di ka pa nagsimula sa application process, iha eh. Wala ka pang application file, or if first-time mo magapply for ang long-term duration residency sa Canada, wala ka pang client ID. So start ka pa lang sa process sa CIO, which is initial determination ng eligibility mo to apply for the permanent residency stream/class as well as initial check of completeness of application submission. Nakalagay naman sa application guide ano ang mangyayari kung me kulang:

Remember na ang processing time ng isang VO is based on receiving a complete application, hindi pa kasama ang CIO application time dito. So ang pagbibilang ng processing time per VO is starting from the time yung file mo was transferred from CIO to the VO.

Hi Lyoxine, we emailed MPNP, and informed them that CIO sent back our package, coz of missing signature on SCHEDULE-4 form. They asked for a copy of the explanation letter from CIO why it was deemed incomplete. So sinend namin. MGa SEPT-2 yun, kasi SEPT-1 nakuha namin ung package na sinola andun highlighted ung mistake namin. I just felt sad kasi umabot ng 5months bago nakabalik samin yun package. Eh sa ngayun napapansin ko nag-eemail na lang sila saying mga incomplete papers. Unlike our case noon sinoli talaga lahat.

So yun, OCT na sila nag-email samin ng LOA extension. Mukhang pinakinggan naman yung reason namin. Then, until JAN-19,2016 lang binigay nila. So almost 3-months lang.

Di naman po. Actually I had my LOA Oct 30 2015 and plan to submit to CIO on March (1st week) 2016. Completing my PCCs (I know I can submit without them but I just want the application complete prior to submission). Just anticipating in case I need to request for an extension. How long did it take for them to respond to your request? Matagal ba?

oo, medyo matagal sila sumagot sa email ko. inabot ng isat-kalahati rin yatang buwan yun. Nasa abroad kasi kami kaya police clearance DITO sa papua ang pinasa ko. wala pa kaming NBI, kasi sabi later on naman daw hihingiin rin. ro nag-try na ako magpasa....

Hi all!

Got our visa today! For others waiting for their passport, you can call the courier. What happened was, the courier had our passports all along.

Courier had our passport since 11/11/15 ( their excuse was they cannot locate our address. They only texted us after 3rd failed attempt to deliver the passports). My wife was so furious, we could have attebded my mom's oath taking as a citizen last 12/2/15. Just thanking God that we can spend Christmas with my mom.

I see... The older version of PNP ako idol last batch of July 31st 2014 ako so good thing hindi ko inabot ang EE. Downloaded all the forms na. Is it ok to get NBI clearance in advance? I need to re-certify my IELTS too.... waahhh

Congratulations! I just want to know how long it takes to assign a visa office after AOR, UCI and EP number from CIO. I have received UCI and EP number from CIO on 2nd of December, 2015. Online status showing Assessment in Progress. How can I know my Visa Office. I am from Bangladesh but currently living in Beijing. When CIC will assign visa office do they normally consider nationality or country of residence. Finally, how to passport to VO (for example, Manila) for Visa? Should I use DHL or FedEX? When VO return passport, do they use courier or normal post. I would be grateful to you if you have time to answer my questions.

Kung yung NBI mo is paso na and there has been quite a gap (more than 6months to a year or more) - kumuha ka na ng bago and include it in your application sa CIO. This covers the current period ng gap and likely enough na madalas sa CIO and VO so hindi na sila hihingi pa ng bago in mid-processing.

IELTS - if you look at the instructions in the guide for sending applications to the CIO, there is no specific guideline on expiry dates. Makakakita ka ng guidelines sa provincial nominee program requirements, but not in the CIO docs (i.e. checklist etc.). What is stated is provide proof of language proficiency, but nothing that shows any expiry dates. This is in contrast sa requirement ng PCC, wherein me nakasaad na validity dates.

So you can use kung ano ang IELTS results mo submitted as part of the provincial nominee application - in many cases (such as citizenship application) valid pa up to 2 years ang language test na ginamit sa isang previous application:

And my take on this kasi nag language test na din kami pero di umabot sa residency requirement ng application. Nagtanong din ako sa CIC about this, and ang sabi nila is ang Language Test validity naman is on attesting the results can be verified by the testing agency, or in short, parang warranty nila (testing agency). It does not mean wala na ang skill sets or language capability mo after mag-expire ang validity ng document; or mawawala na ang Language proficiency mo. Kahit expired na ang results, it still shows the following:
- verified ng isang third pary recognized agency ang language proficiency mo
- pasado ang language proficiency mo sa hinihingi na requirments ng inaaplyan mo

Parang board exam yan - ECE ka pa rin kahit na paso ang board license mo - hindi nawawala ang skillset mo.
