Hi MIM23, is the APPENDIX-B same as the "PASSPORT DISPATCH INSTRUCTION FORM" wherein we have to fill up the passport details, hair color, eye color, and how do we want the METHOD OF RETURN? Sydney, Australia doesn't send or states any file as APPENDIX-B.

Hello to my fellow Filipinos, who had medical exam from IOM-Makati. How many days will it take for IOM to send the results to the visa office? Any idea? I planned to postponed my medical check-up for a week to cure my cough and clear my lungs first. I dont want my Xray to come out negatively...
