hi guys

I got AOR on April 6,2016 and I am still waiting for MR. :(

But yesterday I got an email from CIC in which there is a sentence
"please note that applications will be assessed according to the instructions in place at the time they are received."

What does it mean? Does it mean my file will be transfered to Local Visa Office soon?

Does anyone know this? Please help me. Thank you!

A per Go north!

Just bring two photos for each passport, and each passport

should be accompanied with filled up Appendix B and PPR

letter copy. I recall I paid PhP 570 (more or less) each

passport (P890 if you opt to have it delivered to your

residence thru courier) and PhP 65 for the SMS and Email

notification (this is optional).

At the VFS at Chino Roces (Pasont Tamo Extension) Proceed to

the room entrance security inspection for Canada Visa

applications. Bags are not allowed, only documents and mobile

phones (which you have to turn off). There's a bag counter

with storage fee of P100. After security inspection shall be

the door entrance to the waiting area and CND VISA processing

desks. It's where the guard shall provide the forms and queue

#. If you opt for SMS / Courier, you'll have to fill up the

forms provided.

Wait for your queue # to be called by the Receving Desk Staff

who'll initially inspect your documents (for completeness)

and put the docs in zippered plastic envelop. You'll then be

placed on the cashier's queue. Upon payment, your tracking

number shall be provided and the cashier shall explain how to

access/check the status of your application.

Note: If you bring your vehicle, avoid parking it in the

building. Look for other pay parking nearby. Parking space at

VFS is limited that you'll take a long time looking for a

slot and eventually end up entrusting your vehicle to the

Vallet Parkers (PhP 90).

Mine, I submitted it personally. I think its faster than courier. It took me 30mins to finish the submission of passport when I came to VAC.

Yeah yeah hahah I can still remember that, and now were almost done. Thanks god!

When do you plan to land?

Si Param, nawala sa forum. I wonder what's his update now.

We are planning to land mid of AUG. My husband is still in Papua finishing his contract there. But I will be the one to pass the passport in Makati. Madali lang ba hanapin?

Ung Appendix B that you mentioned, where can I get that? Its not on Sydney's email kasi. Pero there's Passport Dispatch Form.

Congratulations, this gives all of us hope!

To all my fellow brother and sisters trapped in the waiting game:

Please refrain from typing in languages other than English on the forum. Others would like to read what you are saying. If your post is meant only to address a specific member, send them a Personal Message. This principal is respectful to others and works likewise in daily living in Canada.

Just a request, feel free to ignore me if you feel otherwise ;D

Hi MIM23, is the APPENDIX-B same as the "PASSPORT DISPATCH INSTRUCTION FORM" wherein we have to fill up the passport details, hair color, eye color, and how do we want the METHOD OF RETURN?

Sydney, Australia doesn't send or states any file as APPENDIX-B.
