Yaa you can try going to embassy...I am pretty sure you will get some feedback...make sure go there between monday to thursday with your passport>>l My wife went there and she was told if its more than 6 months then only they can tell why it has been getting delayed.. And I will call MP tomarrow

ok nice. u take MP's help hmm, even in my case, its 5months since my file is fwded to ND and not 6months. So I guess, they l say they can tell my current status oly after a month.. WHAT THE HELL? then no use in going there I guess........ Also I dont ve ppt as i ve submitted already. shud take ppt copy. Also am scared that they l tell that am not authorized to get the info, even though am the applicant.. and oly my rep can get.. Thats also Bull****

I got approved on Feb 1 and it showed on e-cas on Feb 13 that ND received my application on Feb 7.

Anyone, does calling CHC ND work? the numbers they have on the website. Can you inquire about your file within india?

@ Fprince usually they do not entertain any phone calls or emails about the inquiry if the case has just started, because they are morons.

You should get the PPR this week for sure, if you didn't get it this week then I would say they might not have posted it yet, just make sure you talk to your postman to keep an eye on any letter addressed from Embassy

@nylalisa's case they wanted an interview after the passport was sent to delhi.
My question to everyone who has had a PPR....does anyone of you have a PPR letter which said " Interview Waived"
Just trying to understand their process...............in which part do they say " Interview Waived" and how it is communicated to us.

No They don't mention it anywhere if the interview has been waived or not so hard to say about that.

On Trackitt.com people had their cases sitting on Application Received on ECAS for months , don't know why and there are cases where In Process have changed to Decision Made in few weeks after the Passport is received , they are working in Mysterious circumstances

I am tired of this waiting $hit, it should be straight forward to issue visas, #ucking Quotas my A$$

Exactly..the next long weekend is Easter..April 24th..if i can't get my wife by then, i will be mad as hell..and we still have another 50 days for that..but these slow f#$%s are working much slower than someone in the stoneages..why the F$#%# do they even have technology and choose to use my cheap a$$ normal post..bunch of retards...

Because they want to save money and send it under normal mail which is so dumb, we paid so much fees to sponsor the spouse and they can't send out an important letter by secure means.

What's the point of asking the email address on the forms if they can't even communicate properly on email, like it would be good if they can send out emails with the updates on the case.

I think it's all depends on the Visa officer that which Visa Officer works how, there may be some dumb A$$ES sitting on the office and drinking tea whole day and doing nothing, even at the immigration counter at the airport when I encounter a bad visa officer in India to put a stamp on the passport he or she behaves so rudely as I have did some crime coming to India, They show that attitude which makes me feel like $hitting on his face.same kind of people are in ND doing nothing and behaving like retards !

Sorry folks for using such language here but that's what gonna happen until we see our spouses with us here in Canada and start a new well managed and exciting life, until then we gonna keep swearing at those Sloths
