Guys I am not sure if i should be happy or sad because it says decision has been made and when I checked the ecas yesterday it was giving me date when i sent updated form and now it is showing the date when i applied for the first time. so i am not sure what the situation is any idea? they have not asked for the passport yet.

I hope they changed ECAS to say decision made and then will send out your PPR.
ND does things very differently and no one can predict.
So from your file i understand your file was in ND from Oct 4th 2010? and they never contacted you for anything else?

Has anyone got "Decision Made" in ECAS and then ND sent PPR for visa?
Looks like this might be one scenario where finally they send the PPR after decision is made, weird but could be true...

any feedback.

They asked for updated form since its a appeal case, so the forms were sent dec 15th and today it says decision made. I am so worried.

How can they do decision made without the Passport, ucking Morons are working at ND,i have near to no knowledge about the appeal cases but without passport they cant take any decision.

On ECAS, they are writing "null" before my name.

What this means ?

is this coz , they think i am using no surname, or its same for everyone?

Dont worry. It shud be positive sign.. They shud ve sent u a letter to submit ur ppt.. U knw buffalo, london and so many offices change status to decision made and then send an email or letter to submit the ppt, to stamp the visa.. May be, delhi does the same for appeal cases. Just dont worry, wait for that ppr to come..ul get visa.. just dont worry. vl pray for u.

Dont you worry....i guess you case is approved now.
sanyrog is right, they will ask you to submit PP now.

hmm.. what abt in the PR appln? There also, u dint mention last name? Cos I think, whatever names we give in the PR appln are taken into consideration for ecas status.. Or may be the names in the ppt.. If they take the ppt names, then yeah what u assume is right.

No yaar, everywhere on PR application i have clearly written my family name and given name correctly.
