@ fprince. on her PR application forms, she didnt appointed anyone as her representative...neither you nor any lawyer. So only she can make enquiry. So , yess she can email from her email id. @ waitingforu in my opinion both are equally reliable.

Yess Fprince, your wife should make CSE or email. if you had lawyer representing you, then he is authorised to make CSE or email

Hi Fprince, for CSE , you can do with your client id. apart from that you need togive your wife's given name , family name(surname), D.O.B . And on message part , you can also give her passport number too. here is link to CSE form...

Yaar, i got two PPRs in december dated 14th and 17th....now i guess, one PPR was supposed to be for ur case instead :D As we both were applicants around same time :) My ECAS still says in process since 10 feb 2011.

Thats Absolutely fine kenny4. You are right , they must have mentioned application number on the first correspondence with you. As me too first got letter for sending additional documents and the later on got PPR with same application number. So keep on tracking the PP, when it got delivered...

She got call from right number. She should have told him/her that you sent them passport already, giving them tracking details showing that its delivered at CHC on what date. This is normal , coz they receive huge numbers of mails daily, and it take several days (10 - 15 days) to reach VO desk...

Dont worry 4destiny, ECAS is not consistent. In my case its not even recognising my file number. So i suggest to wait for just a week, i am sure your PP will be delivered to you. Cheer Up :)
