Yeah and its the season in which they make their most money... other than end of the year.. I hope I get it soon.. I really want to book it for the June 29th (but no sign of PPR yet, and I hope I see some sort of movement) the below double digit prices are for ONE way eh!

By that time all flights will be full and you won't have a choice of airline but to get a flight which goes to Toronto.
The travel agent will ask you to fly through the whole world to get to Toronto...you have no choice unless you are willing to pay more at that time...
And...some airlines don't fly everyday to Toronto which is why emirates will sky rocket.
So you are looking at paying premium ...1800$ to 2300$ if you buy during that time and try to land before Sept 15....
If you can wait for another 15 days to land , you can save close to $1000 on the ticket and buy your wife some jewelry or take her on a great 2nd honeymoon when she lands.
Really a hard choice to make......

Hey Sam...
My husband had both student visa and a visitor visa refused to Canada....our interview is on the 28th of June..so can't answer your Q abt getting a spousal visa apprved yet :)

But ..from what I've read on these forums...it's not a big deal..as a lot of people are denied TRV's because of non-sufficient ties to the home country. If at all there was another reason for the prev refusals then it might be a problem.

Hey just an idea...its so cute reading about you guys on the forum, and describing your beautiful relationships with your spouses. Just made me curious. How about putting up a pic of you guys as a couple, so that we can put a face on all these relationships. Also, we would know better what the other person is looking forward to when they say "im landing soon to meet my wife/husband, yayyyyy" :)

Of course, its just an idea, and there could be privacy issues... :)

I have a good feeling you won't really wait after the visa comes, but if for example the wait is like 2-3 weeks maybe worth it, if the prices are in double digit, I hope you get your VISA way before Aug 27 so you can plan something... June 1...July 1... August 1... 31 --- almost 3 months.

I say be the first to land... Fireworks on Canada day on July 1st is worth it!!! specially at Canada's Wonderland.. or Niagara Falls :)

I wish and hope my wife gets the PPR.. and the PPT back with VISA before June 25 so I can book for June 29 and bring her over and take her to see the fireworks :)

I've already have the ticket website open, just referesh each day.. and I've seen the prices go from 684 to now 878.. it goes up every day.. but also drops... just have to pick a right day to book... but can't do it until ND gives me the positive news...

I'm glad the fees part has been sorted out for you.. I'm sure you will pass the interview with a blink of an eye... and in less than 2 weeks you will get your PPT back...

Dear all,

I am a fresher on this site.

My wife is applied for PR visa Canada and waiting for medical, Feb 20 I got married with her, and received marriage certificate from Panchayth also. But my agent told me if you want update your status then you required:

Passport
SSC certificates
Marriage certificate
Birth certificates

But I don't have birth certificate that's applied on February; this processing is still going on (kerala Govt is never help for any one to get a good future). This may get next week.


My query is now i update my status of marriage is valid (4 months is over), or this may cause reject my wife's PR application or I can applied with her a VISA application?

I am very much upset on this please guide me.

so they said they've not read the CSE you sent yet? its ironic that you send a CSE... and after 2 weeks receive a phone call.. and they say no they've not read your CSE yet....

they sent you the PPR in May (sometimes) should have asked them the date on which they've sent that.

Can you please tell me what time the call from ND came to your wife?

When my wife inquired about the CSE we sent, they informed her that they haven't read it yet.
