My wife got her passport Today. They stamped the visa on 31st of Aug. Mailed on 2nd of this month. We are staying in bangalore.

Seriously I bought a fax machine and fax bombed them to take an action...It did work..:)

Thanks.They said they sent a letter in march 31st for additional documents but we never got that letter and kept waiting till June. Till till june they didnt reply for our CSE or fax. Then they resent the letter and after sending the requested documents they approved us after a month.

Yeah I did. in the document request letter they gave a deadline to send the documents which is aug 19. hopefully they will check the file by then.

Sent the Additional documents before two weeks and still waiting for any updates..waiting for more than 7 months now. :(

I seriously hope she will get her visa in a month or so as we already sent the additional documents they asked for. I am going to fly back in 2 weeks and be with her till the visa comes.

My wife just sent all the addition documents they requested. our file is in new delhi for 6 months now and i hope they send the passport with the visa soon:)

Thats what i thought as well..I don't want them to mail us again ask for something else. Do you think they might do an interview after all this?

YEAP :) Just finished preparing the package for sending :) around 100 pages of chat logs, 40 pages of phone logs and 175 pictures of wedding..hope this be enough for delhi..

FINALLY ND sent us the additional document request:) :P :P . Mailed out on july 5 th and we got it today. They asked for evidence of contacts, pictures of outing after wedding..and a picture of tieing thaali during the wedding. Finally a big relief. Looks like the faxes we sent every other day...

I signed up for the automatic tracker in https://ecas.carroll.org.uk Today morning i got an email saying there is an update. I was so happy but when i logged in nothing was updated. :(

Fprince, I won't be able to send my wife to delhi for now as my wife is two months pregnant and travelling now is not possible for few months.

Same messed up story i got first from the local MP. They don't even know that for spouse sponsorship we submit the medicals with application.
