If you have a common name or legal name change or common dob of someone with criminal record, IRCC usually does additional check to ensure that it's not the same person. You should also find AKA in notes. check in more details in the ATIP notes to see what is triggering the additional checks...

When there is a common name/date of birth, IRCC does additional checks to ensure it's not the same person who has criminal record that's what I have heard.

Background Check comprises of Criminality and Security both. If either of them are in progress the background check will show in progress. In your case I think the background check should show as passed. Just wait for the prohibitions to complete and you will receive the oath soon. I will wait...
