Thanks for your response, the issues is this......I didn't remember to include deceased beside my dad's name at the time we filled the application and while in our marriage certificate deceased is included beside my dad's name. During the few minutes phone interview with my husband he was asked if my dad is dead or life , my hubby responded by saying he is dead. The officer pointed it out that in the application I didn't indicate deceased. My hubby referred the officer to check our marriage certificate that is included there.
Pardon my grammar English is not first language.
I'm scared if this will cause any problem ........this month complete one year of file our application.
Please any further advice will be great.
