They respond to both email addresses but have noticed faster response time from ACCRAIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca. I actually got a response in less than an hour and a follow up response in 2 hrs. I this k it depends on what the communication is about.

I really don't know what is going on at AVO. It's been a whole week since application was approved and PUM until this morning. I sent them a mail starting the facts and about 30 mins later got PUM. Does it mean that they forgot to send it initially? What would have happened if I had kept quiet...

So, is it 18 working days? cos ours is 20 days today since AVO received the passport, my colleague on EE program sent his passport on the 10th and received PUM today. His online status on myCIC updated to Approved on Monday. My issue with the whole thing is that nothing changed on myCIC and...
