Hello Legal falcon,

Is it advisable to send genuine additional documents related to NOC code after one month of application submission? I PM'd you a while ago about my NOC doubts, though I have all the documents whoch can prove my NOC right. I'm scared of submitting them as it might affect my application.

If there is anything additional documents which make your case stronger, there is no harm in sending them. Sending additional documents does not impact your case in anyway. If you feel you have something that would help CIC in making a decision or strengthen, you should send it and let them know that this was not available when the application was filed and is being submitted not to supplement the application.

However, do make sure that what you submitted earlier and what you submit do not contradict each other. If it substantiates, or adds to, it is fine.

Just to make things simple, here is the correct interpretation of law is in the same link that you referred to:

Paragraph 186(w) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations allows students who have completed their program of study to work while they are waiting for a decision on their work permit application as long as they were a full-time student enrolled at a designated learning institution in a post-secondary academic, vocational or professional training program, and they did not exceed the allowable hours of work.

So your work done between you applying for the PGWP and the day you received the decision is valid and will count towards your Canadian experience.

I have not calculated your scenario A and B. If you may have any further question, feel free to ask.

Hope this helps!

Thanks, LegalFalcon :)!!

So my work experience is legal and counted towards CEC. I have completed my 1 year of Canadian experience. I am going to submit the application with a detailed letter of explanation describing the scenario1.

Hello LegalFalcon

I'm just received PPR, but my status expires in 10 days. My passport probably won't be returned to me to land before the expiry. What are my options? Can I land shortly after expiry of my status?

Hi Legalfalcon,

I was worried about my first GCMS notes as in Analyst notes, everything was good but Met was not written and in one of the middle activities 11.2 EEMI was review required. Later someone on the forum said that if that update is from EAI EPP (something like that) then no need to worry as it is the system updated reminder for the officer. In the assessments it was -Not started. I also send a message to you about it.

I received my second GCMS notes now, no major change except primary office is now NDVO and also Latest update in Activities on 11th June as following. This update is by an officer.

Sub activity-activity type: 11.2 EE MI
Field name - Status
New value - Met

Still in Assessments, Eligibility - Not started. Above update says 11.2 EEMI - Met, does it mean same as A11.2 - Met and is everything good?

Analyst notes

Notes are in this order Support Service Agent ------ Agent------- Program Assistant------- Analyst

All the notes seem good. Also I observed Dev has same notes as I have (1 and 2 ) & everything is same, his 11.2 E E M I is only Met in activity and mine too. Also Manju has similar notes as me and we had same analyst so I think one of the Analyst has this writing style and he never clearly writes Met in notes but hope everything is good.

Hi Legal Falcon
I have just received my gcms notes on friday that says Analyst recommendation: review required analyst notes: principal applicant Indian national presently working and residing Canada. PA has submitted documents which demonstrate employment in declared primary NOC category for more than one year within qualifying period with current employer in Canada. Proof of funds submitted by PA appears to not meet requirement as per R76(1)(b). A11.2 appears met. R75(2) FSW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Appears met R76(1)(a) SELECTION CRITERIA -FSW POINTS: Appears met. In the end it says Settlement funds approx. CAD 5,297, family of one requires CAD 12,164.
However, I have applied under CEC with no LMIA. Please suggest me something Legal Falcon.
Thanks,
Kiran

You should immediately send a CSE informing them that you have applied under the CEC and therefore you are not required to provide PoF. I have seen this in a lot of cases and they take care of it.

Hi Legalfalcon,

I ordered GCMS notes and there the Analyst just put A11.2 check - MET
But in the starting the Eligibility sets to Not Started . Could you please elaborate these status .
I think for most PNP they always put the status as Not Started/Review Required

Thanks

I have similar scenario and in a dilemma what to infer from "Eligibility Status : Not started" while A11.2 is set to "Met". Going through the below thread I found that its means our file is awaiting a review by officer at local VO.

waiting for your inputs to have clear picture on this.

Thanks in advance legalfalcon
